OBJETIVE:
The purpose of this exercise is to restore the natural relationship of peaceful and healthy tolerance to pollen, plants, animals, dust, and other airborne allergens.

INSTRUCTIONS:

This exercise can be practiced either standing up or sitting down.

STEP 1
Lay your hands on your chest and REPEAT THE MESSAGE 3 TIMES ALOUD:
“My immune system works perfectly, I coexist in health and harmony with all kinds of pollen and the air that I breathe.”
Now, open your arms while inhaling deeply and then exhale slowly while gradually bringing your hands back together on your chest.

STEP 2
Lay your hands on your chest and REPEAT THE MESSAGE 3 TIMES QUIETLY:
“My immune system works perfectly, I coexist in health and harmony with all kinds of pollen and the air that I breathe.”
Now, open your arms while inhaling deeply and then exhale slowly while gradually bringing your hands back together on your chest.

Breathe in Peace

OBJETIVE:
This is an Indalo Codex deep breathing exercise whose objectives are:
Calming emotions, and reassuring and declaring peace in the immune system’s conflict with pollen and other airborne particles. When there is peace; there is tolerance, and when there is tolerance; the allergy does not exist.

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
We open our arms gently as we fill our lungs with air. Hold the air in for 3 seconds.

STEP 2:
And then release the air while slowly saying the word “Peace” as we bring our arms back to the center of the chest.

MESSAGE: “PEACE”.
