Sky Blue activates the 5th chakra situated in the throat.
“The Blue Breath of Air” will help you overcome moments of tension or stress and to obtain renovating energy that you can use to reach any kina of objective. It will help you to communicate more easily.
Method:
“Looking at the horizon, the sky, water or a blue surface, adopt The Indalo Posture.
1. Fill your lungs with an Inhalation, opening your arms while you feel the blue vital energy filling, renewing and harmonizing your being.
2. Empty your lungs softly, visualizing yourself holding a ball of blue energy in between your arms that you slowly push into your breast. Rest your hands, one on top of the other for a few seconds with a slight pressure on the fourth chakra situated in the centre of your chest.
3. Fill your lungs with air again at the same time as you open your arms to reach The Indalo Posture.
Repeat the cycle at least three times.
