To Open Pathways is a meditation of self-taught yoga Indalo Codex that through gestures and visualizations teaches us how to set aside obstacles and move forward to achieve our goals

If you need changes in your life, you have millions of possible options and favourable horizons that are waiting for you to choose them.

Advantages

With this exercise you become aware that you have the power to open good pathways to improve your life. It helps to visualize your wishes generating the inner power to reach them and to mentally leave aside the obstacles, the difficulties, the impediments and the blockades.

Method

“To open Pathways” reproduces a breath stroke swimming movement. It can also be practiced in water, swimming. This movement symbolizes advance.

1. Standing, with your arms extended in front of you, join the palms of your hands directing the finger tips to the objective that you have visualized in front of you (fig. 1)

2. Inhale: breathing in air gently while you turn your hands as if to start pushing water apart (fig. 2) and continue breathing in as your arms open until you reach The Indalo Posture. Wait a few seconds with your lungs full of air (fig 3). Imagine that the movement of your arms removes all the obstacles you find in your way out of it, leaving your way clear to reach your goal with success.
3. Exhale: Slowly empty the air from your lungs, while you place the palms of your hands together in front of your chest with your finger tips pointing to your visualized objective (fig 4.).
4. Stretch your arms out in front of you again keeping the palms of your hands together, completely emptying your lungs. Wait a few seconds before you repeat another cycle.

Do this exercise as many times as you wish, synchronizing the movements of your arms with your breathing, creating a continuous, harmonious and agreeable cycle.
While you do this exercise you can recite the following message mentally:
