This exercise will help you feel full of the celestial energies of the galaxy.
Method:
You can do this meditation in The Indalo Posture, either standing up or lying down. It is better to practice it in the open air on starry nights.
1. Adopt The Indalo Posture putting your arms parallel to The Milky Way. Silence your mind and relax in this position for as long as you want.
2. Let your arms rest placing the palms of your hands together in front of your chest with your finger tips pointing to the sky.
You are going to feel that Milky Way is a big arch that holds up The Vault Celeste and that you have the extremes of this arch coming out of the palms of your hands. Feel how its energy blesses all the dimensions of your being.
